Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently ship orders to addresses within the continental United States. All orders are shipped via trusted carrier partners and typically arrive within:
- 3–5 business days from the time of dispatch
- 1–2 business days processing time before shipping
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Orders over $75: Free standard shipping (3–5 business days)
- Orders under $75: $7.50 flat-rate shipping
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and depend on the total order value.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Additionally, we are unable to reroute or edit orders after they have been fulfilled.
4. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use it to monitor your delivery directly through the carrier’s website.
If your tracking number is inactive after 24 hours, please contact us at hello@beinsync.co for assistance.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen carrier or weather-related delays may occasionally occur. If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, please follow these steps:
- Check your tracking number for updates
- Wait 48 hours in case of scan delays
- Contact us at hello@beinsync.co for investigation and resolution
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the personalized and ingestible nature of our supplement packs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
This policy is in place to:
- Ensure product safety and integrity
- Prevent contamination or tampering
- Uphold quality control standards
- Comply with industry regulations and best practices
Because each product is custom-formulated for you based on quiz responses and/or wearable data, it cannot be restocked or resold. All sales are final.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Or is not delivered due to a confirmed shipping error
We will issue a replacement at no cost to you. To request a replacement, please contact us at hello@beinsync.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo (if applicable).
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued.
8. Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout:
- We’ll contact you to confirm details
- You may request a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
- Or receive store credit (excluding original shipping costs)
Please verify your address carefully at checkout to avoid delays.
9. Subscription Cancellations & Modifications
SYNC subscriptions are designed to offer flexibility as your needs evolve. You may:
- Cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date
- Pause or skip deliveries
- Update your health quiz or wearable data to modify your formulation
To avoid being charged, subscription changes must be made before your next renewal date. Once an order is processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, edited, or refunded.
We send reminders ahead of each renewal so you have time to make changes.
