SYNC Health LLC disclaims any liability for the use of its products or services outside the U.S. or for any unauthorised applications. SYNC Health LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product or service use, misuse, or adverse reactions. Members waive their right to pursue any claims related to product or service use through class action lawsuits.
